About

My name is Anna.
I animate, direct, storyboard, and occasionally work as a VJ. If it’s visual and in motion, I’m all in.
Telling stories that are a little funny, a little emotional, and hopefully memorable is my thing. My work often explores empathy, extremes, and relationships, mixing humor with honesty. I usually draw inspiration from music, small absurdities, and creatures we tend to overlook in everyday life.
I hold an MA in Animation (2024) from St Joost School of Art & Design and a BA in Animation (2023) from The Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. I survived multiple all-nighters drawing like a maniac, and now I’m deeply contemplating the topic of work-life balance.
I have experience working as a visual development artist on feature films, animator for shorts, as well as a storyboard artist for kids’ TV shows. Some of my animations have been featured by Procreate, Huion, and a few pretty cool festivals.
Outside of work, I enjoy wrapping myself in a blanket and watching true crime or some animated series. When I’m not animating, you can probably find me walking without a map with headphones on, observing people, buildings, and local pigeons. Music and film festivals also tend to happen a lot in my schedule.
Right now I’m working on my original stories while living in Copenhagen, and I’m always open to collaborations that feel exciting, challenging, or just joyful.
Fun fact: I have synesthesia, which means my brain makes me see music and hear images. Every number, day of the week, or word has its own color.
